The facility will process up to <strong>80,000 tonnes<\/strong> of materials annually from across South and West Wales. This area will support <strong>reuse-driven manufacturing<\/strong> across sectors such as <strong>construction, textiles, and design<\/strong>, transforming waste into concrete products, building materials, and reusable goods. A <strong>2.5mw solar farm<\/strong> already has planning consent, and additional generation will come from <strong>wind infrastructure and battery storage<\/strong>. This will cater to small and medium-sized businesses working in <strong>manufacturing, storage, assembly, and logistics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The business park is designed to enable collaboration and innovation among green enterprises and will be powered entirely by the park\u2019s own renewable energy infrastructure.
